Detalles documentados y fuentes

The primary weapon defines where a Hypershot loadout wants to fight. Current community coverage describes rifle, SMG, sniper, shotgun, heavy, and unusual projectile choices, but the official description does not publish a complete catalog or category schema. Treat this page as a currently documented role index, then confirm the live category, source, and stats inside the Loadout or Shop.

Rifles and all-purpose automatics

AK, M4, Scar-H, FAMAS, Drakonova, Xenotech Rifle, Plasma Rifle, and Tralalero Tralala appear in current weapon coverage as rifle-style candidates. Their shared decision is not “which has the biggest number?” but “which lets me control the fights I actually take?” Test follow-up accuracy, recoil or spread behavior, reload exposure, and how quickly the weapon becomes uncomfortable at close range.

The AK is repeatedly used as a beginner-friendly all-purpose example in loadout guides. That makes it a sensible baseline, not a guaranteed best purchase. Keep the AK or another available rifle stable while learning movement, then compare one candidate at a time. A weapon with stronger theoretical output can still lose account value when it duplicates the same role.

SMGs and close pressure

Vectorstrike, P90, Pulsar SMG, MP5, Type 100, Drum Gun, and Honey Badger appear in community lists around close-to-mid automatic play. Use these names as Shop-check candidates. A rush weapon needs more than raw output: the loadout must cross open space, stay on target during slides or jumps, and escape after entering.

Test an SMG on repeated short routes. Record how much health is lost before reaching range and how often the magazine ends before the opponent does. If approach is the failure, a movement or protection ability may matter more than changing to another SMG. If tracking fails, lower complexity or adjust sensitivity before spending.

Snipers and precision choices

Barrett, Bolt Sniper, and Hunter are repeatedly reported precision candidates. Current tier lists strongly favor Barrett, while Bolt Sniper is described as usable earlier but outclassed later. Those are community judgments and may be stale after a balance change.

A precision primary needs a complete route: reach an angle, take the shot, swap or relocate, and survive a close push. Test shot recovery and backup timing instead of standing on one sightline. The Secondary Weapons guide is especially important because a sniper’s backup often decides whether the position is sustainable.

Shotguns, heavy weapons, and unusual projectiles

AA-12, Shotgun, Inferno Phoenix, Fart Gun, and Flamethrower appear in close-range coverage. Minigun and RPD suggest heavier automatic roles, while Grenade Launcher, RPG, Shark Blaster, Tomato, Pizza Barrage, Oracle Staff, Stargazer, and Lavaforge represent less conventional behavior in current guides.

Do not infer mechanics from a name. Open the current description and test projectile speed, splash or area behavior, ammo, recovery, and range. A novelty primary can be excellent for a specific route yet poor as the only general weapon. The Weapon Tier List treats specialist value separately from broad consistency.

Primary selection checklist

Start by naming the desired range: close, medium, long, or mixed. Next, choose whether the weapon rewards tracking, a single precise shot, burst timing, or projectile prediction. Then inspect the live source and confirm whether the offer is the base weapon or only a skin.

Equip a secondary that covers the weak range. Add abilities for entry, stabilization, and escape. Play the same mode several times and record why the primary fails. If the weapon reaches its ideal fight but cannot finish, compare a same-role alternative. If it never reaches the fight, fix movement or route first.

Primaries FAQ

Which primary is best for beginners?

A controllable all-purpose rifle already available on the account is the safest baseline. Community guides often use AK for this role, but confirm the current unlock and handling.

Which weapons are best for close range?

Community coverage commonly discusses Vectorstrike, P90, Pulsar SMG, AA-12, and other SMG or shotgun choices. Entry and tracking execution decide whether they work.

Which sniper should I use?

Barrett is a current community favorite, with Bolt Sniper and Hunter also documented. Test the same angles and include a close-range secondary.

Is this the complete live catalog?

No. It is the currently documented pool from sources checked August 7, 2026. Event and Mythic entries can rotate.
